I received confirmation from everyone involved saying:

Hi Joe,

Sorry we haven’t been in to see the house yet, the 10th and 11th is fine by us. We are really keen to take part, just mad busy up until the weekend. As I said earlier today what we would like to do is respond to the house in one day (the 10th). We have given it some thought today and we would like a 'base' to work from ( a table and two chairs would be great), but we would like to respond to the whole house; gathering samples and information during the morning then in the afternoon interpreting and presenting the information we have gathered in the form of a publication. The publication would be made in one day ready to present on the 11th - we will probably make about 50 but we’ll see how we get on.
We would like to distribute the publication around the house rather then in one room – would that be OK?

Me and James will not be able to come to hang our work up until the evening of the 10th. Are people selecting rooms to display in advance or will that just happen on a first come basis?
