Jeremy Deller.

In July 2009 Jeremy Deller organized a procession down Deansgate in Manchester to celebrate everything thats great about the city. It was a eclectic mix of people from the usual brass bands and boy scouts they was a float dedicated to a chip shop and boy racers drove down the street playing music out of there cars. Jeremy Deller acts s the curator/ catalyst by bringing this mix of people together to produce this piece of work.
